How many black rhino females are left in the world?
According to the World Wildlife Fund (WWF), as of 2020, there were approximately 5,630 black rhinos left in the world. Of these, around 3,560 are females. This number has been steadily increasing over the past few years due to conservation efforts and anti-poaching initiatives. However, black rhinos remain critically endangered, and their numbers are still very low compared to historical populations.
