What type of animals eat the great whites?

Great white sharks are apex predators, meaning they are at the top of the food chain. There are no animals that regularly prey on adult great white sharks.

However, there are a few exceptions:

* Larger sharks: Some sharks, like the orcas (killer whales), are known to occasionally hunt and eat great white sharks.

* Other large predators: While rare, some very large great white sharks may attack and eat smaller great whites.

* Scavengers: After a great white shark dies, its body may be scavenged by other animals, including sharks, seals, and even seabirds.

Overall, great white sharks are the apex predator in their ecosystems, and there are very few animals that pose a serious threat to them.
