Why do farmers vasectomise bulls?

Farmers don't vasectomize bulls. They castrate them.

Here's why:

* Meat Production: Castrated bulls, known as steers, are less aggressive and gain weight more efficiently. They produce a higher quality and more tender meat.

* Control and Safety: Castrated bulls are easier to manage and safer to work with. They don't have the same strong instincts to fight or breed.

* Milk Production: In dairy herds, bulls are castrated to prevent them from breeding with the cows. The cows are bred artificially to ensure optimal milk production.

Vasectomies are a medical procedure to prevent sperm from reaching the semen. While vasectomies are used in humans, they are not a practical or common procedure for bulls in agriculture.
