* Some species of reptiles, including the Komodo dragon and some species of whiptail lizards.

Each of these animals has its own unique mechanism for asexual reproduction. Some, like aphids, reproduce through parthenogenesis, in which females produce offspring without mating. Others, like worms, reproduce through fragmentation, in which the body of the parent breaks up into multiple pieces, each of which can grow into a new individual.
