How far does a farm rabbit jump?
Farm rabbits (Oryctolagus cuniculus) are not generally known for jumping great distances. While they can hop short distances to move around their environment, they do not possess the same powerful hind legs and specialized adaptations as wild rabbits that allow for exceptionally long jumps. Domestic rabbits, including those kept on farms, are typically bred for meat, fur, or companionship rather than athleticism.
