What do koalas in autumn?

Koalas don't really do anything special in autumn. They are marsupials, native to Australia, and they don't hibernate or migrate like some animals do for the changing seasons.

Here's why:

* Australia's seasons are reversed: Autumn in the Northern Hemisphere is spring in Australia.

* Koalas are adapted to their environment: They are used to the changing weather patterns in Australia, including the dry season that roughly corresponds to autumn.

* They are primarily concerned with eating: Their diet consists mostly of eucalyptus leaves, which are abundant throughout the year.

So, while koalas may be a little more active during the cooler months, they don't have any special autumn rituals. They continue to eat, sleep, and rest in trees.
