Where do meadowlarks live?

North and South America

Meadowlarks are native to North and South America, with the vast majority of them living in grasslands, marshes, and cultivated fields. Some species can also be found in open forests and shrublands.

The eastern meadowlark, the western meadowlark, and the meadowlark are three of the most common species of meadowlarks. The eastern meadowlark is commonly found throughout the North America while the western meadowlark ranges further west in South America.
