Where do Grizzle Bears live?

Grizzly bears (Ursus arctos horribilis) are found in western North America, including parts of Canada and the United States. Their range extends from the Yukon and Northwest Territories in Canada, through the Rocky Mountains and Pacific coastal regions of British Columbia, Alberta, and the western United States, including parts of Washington, Idaho, Montana, Wyoming, and Colorado. They can also be found in the interior of Alaska, as well as in parts of the Northern Arctic. Grizzly bears prefer habitats that provide cover, such as forests and shrublands, as well as access to food sources like fish, berries, and other vegetation.
