* 18 to 22 series – The serial number tag bolts through to the frame from beneath the cab, under the right-side fender.
* 23 series – The serial number tag bolts through the frame rail just above the air cleaner on the right side.
Model years 1994 and after:
* TX, GX Utility vehicles, Turf models, All 4X4 models – Serial numbers are stamped on a metal tag attached to the dash of the vehicle behind the steering wheel.
* HPX Gator (2011 only) – Serial number is stamped on a tag, with a separate equipment model and serial number, attached below the cargo box on the right side.
* HPX (2012 and later) – Serial number is stamped on a metal tag attached to the frame below the steering wheel on the right side of the vehicle.

TX/GX Utility vehicles:
* The serial number is on a metal tag attached to the dash behind the steering wheel. The serial number tag also features a model number, which is two to four digits long.
Turf models:
* The serial number for the Turf models is on the dash to the left of the steering wheel.
4x4 models:
* The serial number for the 4x4 models is on a tag mounted to the chassis between the front and back tires on the right side of the vehicle.
HPX Gator (2012 and later):
* The serial number for the HPX Gator (2012 and later) is also on a metal tag attached to the frame below the steering wheel on the right side of the vehicle. The serial number tag also features a model number, which is two to four digits long.
