Can you put a bird in ferret cage?

It is generally not recommended to put a bird in a ferret cage. Ferrets are small carnivorous mammals that have a natural instinct to hunt and kill small animals, including birds. Even if your ferret is well-trained and has never shown any signs of aggression towards other animals, it is still not advisable to put a bird in its cage. Birds are very fragile and can easily be injured or killed by a ferret, even if the ferret does not intend to harm it. Additionally, ferrets may carry diseases that can be harmful to birds. If you are interested in keeping both a ferret and a bird, it is best to keep them in separate cages and supervise any interactions between them closely.
