What do weasel look like?
Weasels are small, carnivorous mammals belonging to the Mustelidae family, which also includes otters, badgers, ferrets, minks, and wolverines. They are slender, with long and flexible bodies that allow them to navigate narrow spaces. Their fur is typically brown or reddish-brown on the upper side and creamy or yellow underneath. Some species may have unique markings, such as stripes or a white tip on the tail. Their faces are pointed, with small, dark eyes and prominent whiskers. Weasels have short legs and five-toed feet with sharp, non-retractable claws that aid in climbing and gripping prey. These small predators possess long and bushy tails for balance and agility. Their size can vary between species, though most weasels range from roughly 6 to 15 inches (15 to 38 centimeters) in body length, excluding the tail.
