How does a cassowary give birth?
A cassowary gives birth by laying eggs. Cassowaries are large, flightless birds that are native to the forests of New Guinea and Australia. They are known for their distinctive appearance, which includes a large casque on the top of their head and a brightly colored neck and throat. Cassowaries typically lay between three and five eggs at a time, and the eggs are incubated by the male bird for about 50 days. The chicks are born with a coat of down feathers, and they are precocial, which means that they are able to walk and find food on their own shortly after hatching.
