1. Park the mower on a level surface and engage the parking brake.
2. Locate the mower deck lift lever and place it in the raised position.
3. Find the grease fittings on the underside of the mower deck. There should be four grease fittings on your STX38 (two on each side).
4. Use a grease gun to apply grease to each fitting until you see new grease. Apply about 1 teaspoon per fitting
5. Wipe away any excess grease with a paper towel.
