How to Use Horse Liniment on Humans

Horse liniment has been used for decades to relieve the minor aches and pains of equine athletes and can be used for similar purposes in humans. Most horse liniments are safe for use on humans --- though those containing the ingredient DMSO are not --- and are certainly cheaper than their made-for-people counterparts. For the best results, apply the liniment to sore muscles and joints immediately following a workout or other strenuous activity.
