How to Figure 8 a Horse Bridle

      Place the crown piece of your horse bridle on a hook in your tack room to begin the figure 8.

      Place the buckle joining the two reins together on top of the crown piece over the hook.

      Unbuckle the throat latch. Hold the throat latch and move it counterclockwise one an one half times, moving it around the both the horse bridle and the reins. Slip the end portion of the throat latch through the keepers of your horse bridle.

      Hold the noseband and wrap it one time around the bridle. Fasten the horse bridle in the figure 8 style by fastening the front and slipping the end through the keepers, completing the figure 8.
