While there are different types of zebras (plains zebra, Grevy's zebra, mountain zebra), they all share the characteristic black and white stripes across their bodies, including their backs.
There isn't another animal that looks exactly like a horse with zebra markings. There are other animals with stripes, but their overall body shape and features are quite different from a horse.
