Cutting Horse Events in Fort Worth

Temple, Texas is less than two hours from Fort Worth, Texas, where several major cutting horse events are held annually. The National Cutting Horse Association is based in Fort Worth and holds a large number of smaller cutting horse events there, as well as the World Championship Futurity and the Super Stakes.
The National Cutting Horse Association World Championship Futurity is held at the Will Rogers Coliseum, located in Fort Worth. This event lasts 19 days, beginning in late November and continuing through mid-December. The futurity showcases young, well-bred cutting horses with no previous show experience.
The National Cutting Horse Association in combination with Borden Milk also hosts the cutting horse Super Stakes and Super Stakes Classic at the Will Rogers Coliseum for three weeks every spring.
