Clean mud and dirt from your Wintec saddle using the spray of a garden hose or a soft cloth saturated with water. Run a dry towel over the wet surface to absorb most of the water and allow the saddle to air dry.

    • 2

Fill a bucket with warm water and a squirt of dish soap for deeper cleanings. Apply the soap and water with a soft cloth and rub away dirt and residues. Hose the Wintec saddle down afterward, or refill the bucket with clear water and wipe away the soap with the wet cloth. Allow the Wintec saddle to air dry.

Apply a saddle soap to the leather girths points. Although the major parts of the Wintec saddle are made of synthetic leather, the girth points are actually made of genuine layer, which will require special care. Apply the saddle soap per label directions. Most saddle soaps require application with a soft cloth. Apply a wax cream after the saddle soap.
