Position a 17-inch board inside each corner of the frame so they are perpendicular to the frame. These are the legs to your table. The ends of the boards should all be flush with one side of the frame. Screw four screws through each corner of the frame and into the legs.
Turn the Biocube stand upright and set your 21-inch plywood on top so all the edges are flush. Screw the plywood to the frame using eight screws.
