Things You'll Need
- Maxi-Jet 1200 pump
- Maxi Jet triple-suction cup mount
- 6-inch long, 0.5-inch diameter rigid spray bar
- 8-inch long, 0.5-inch diameter plastic hose
- Two adhesive plastic aquarium suction cups
- Small bowl
- Boiling water
Instructions
Bring water to a boil and pour it into a small bowl.
Place one end of the 8-inch long, 0.5-inch diameter plastic hose into the boiling water for 30 seconds.
Remove the plastic hose from the boiling water and push the end over the outlet nozzle of the Maxi-Jet 1200 pump.
Hold the Maxi-Jet 1200 pump, with the attached piece of 8-inch long, 0.5-inch diameter plastic hose, over the bowl and place the free end of the hose into the boiling water.
Keep the hose in the boiling water for 30 seconds and then push this end over the intake end of the 6-inch long, 0.5-inch diameter rigid spray bar.
Attach two adhesive aquarium suction cups to the 6-inch long, 0.5-inch diameter rigid spray bar.
Attach the Maxi Jet triple-suction cup mount to the Maxi-Jet 1200 pump.
Push the Maxi Jet triple-suction cup mount against the rear aquarium glass pane, so that the Maxi-Jet 1200 pump is positioned just below the surface of the aquarium water.
Carefully turn the water outlet nozzle, with attached spray bar, of the Maxi-Jet 1200 pump, until it is parallel to the aquarium glass pane.
Attach the suction cups of the spray bar, onto the glass pane of the aquarium.
Plug the power cord of the Maxi-Jet 1200 pump into a wall power point.
Switch on the wall power point.
