Instructions
Set two 73-inch boards on edge, parallel, and 22 inches apart. Set two 22-inch boards between them so they are on edge, parallel, perpendicular to the 73-inch boards, and 70 inches apart. Screw through the 73-inch boards, and into the ends of the 21-inch boards. You should have a 73-by-25-inch frame.
Set another 22-inch board on edge inside the frame so it is parallel with both 22-inch boards, and so its center is 35 inches from both 22-inch boards. Screw through the frame and into the 22-inch board.
Position the 28-inch boards perpendicularly to the inside corners of the frame. These are the legs to your stand and they must be even. Screw through the frame and into the legs.
Position your stand frame upright, so it is standing on all four legs. Screw a 22-inch board to each pair of legs, so it is between the pairs of legs, parallel with the 22-inch boards on the frame, and 14 inches below the frame. These boards will support the lower shelf.
Set the 73-inch plywood on top of the frame so all of the edges are flush. Screw it to the frame; use 12 screws for this step.
Set the 63-inch plywood on the lower 22-inch boards so the 63-inch edges are flush with the legs. Screw the plywood to the 22-inch boards; use eight screws.
