Instructions

    • 1

Empty the water from the aquarium fish tank before commencing the repair. Place your fish in fresh water.

    • 2

Clean the area of the repair thoroughly with a clean rag and acetone or methylated spirits. This is a crucial step, as the glass must be clean to create a strong seal.

    • 3

Apply the clear silicon glue to the leak. Press on the glass to create a good seal. When the glue begins to set, cover the area of the repair with Scotch tape.

    • 4

When you glue an aquarium fish tank, allow the glue to set for as long as the manufacture recommends.

    • 5

When the glue has set, remove the tape. Clean the area of the repair with a clean, moist rag, then put the water and the fish back into the aquarium fish tank.
