Who is Simon Seville the chipmunk?

Simon Seville is the fictional leader of the American animated musical ensemble _Alvin and the Chipmunks_. He is characterized as the intelligent and sometimes cynical one, a perfectionist, and a big brother figure to his brother chipmunks, Alvin and Theodore.
