Your betta is bloated what do you do?

1. Fast your betta for 1-2 days. This will give its digestive system a chance to rest and recover.

2. Epsom salt bath. Dissolve 1 teaspoon of Epsom salt in 1 gallon of water and add it to your betta's tank. Epsom salt helps to reduce swelling and inflammation. Leave your betta in the Epsom salt bath for 15 minutes, then remove it and return it to its regular tank.

3. Feed your betta a high-fiber diet. Foods like daphnia, brine shrimp, and peas are all good choices.

4. Maintain good water quality. Keep the water in your betta's tank clean and free of pollutants. This will help to prevent infection and further stress.

5. If your betta's condition does not improve after 2-3 days, take it to a veterinarian.
