Do great white sharks eat otters?

Great white sharks are known to prey upon a wide range of marine mammals, including sea otters. Sea otters are found in coastal waters along the Pacific Ocean, particularly in areas with rocky shores and kelp beds. Great white sharks typically hunt in open water, but they have been known to enter shallow waters to hunt for prey. Due to their large size and powerful jaws, great white sharks are capable of taking down even large sea otters. In some areas, sea otters may make up a significant portion of the diet of great white sharks. However, it is worth noting that otters are not a primary food source for great white sharks, as they mainly target larger prey such as seals and sea lions.
