How to Feed Paradise Fish

Paradise fish, also known as Macropodus opercularis, were one of the first types of tropical fish to be kept in aquariums. Originating from Asia, paradise fish are very versatile and can be kept in both aquariums and garden ponds. They are very similar to Betta fish and overall are undemanding and easy to care for. Paradise fish are omnivores and therefore will eat both plant-based and animal-based foods. Paradise fish will eat flakes, freeze-dried, frozen and live foods.
