Why humans being are not producers they made their food in kitchen?

Humans are classified as consumers in the ecological context because they rely on consuming food produced by plants (producers) or by other animals that consume plants (primary consumers). While humans may prepare their food in kitchens, they do not directly synthesize organic matter as plants do through photosynthesis or consume plants like primary consumers. Therefore, the designation of humans as consumers or heterotrophs reflects their trophic role in food chains and ecological interactions.
