* 1 pound salmon fillet, skin on
* 1/4 cup Carnation milk
* 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
* 1/4 cup panko breadcrumbs
* 1/4 teaspoon dried dill
* 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
* 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
* Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
2. In a small bowl, combine the Carnation milk, Parmesan cheese, panko breadcrumbs, dill, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix until combined.
3. Season the salmon fillet with salt and pepper.
4. Place the salmon fillet on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
5. Spread the Carnation milk mixture evenly over the top of the salmon.
6. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until cooked through.
7. Serve immediately.
Tips:
* To check if the salmon is cooked through, insert a fork into the thickest part of the fillet. If the fork comes out easily, the salmon is done.
* If you don't have Carnation milk, you can use another type of evaporated milk.
* You can also add other vegetables to the baking sheet, such as broccoli, carrots, or potatoes.
