What predators do great white sharks have?

Great white sharks are at the top of the food chain and have very few natural predators. Here's why:

* Size and Power: They are large, powerful predators, making them difficult to hunt.

* Few Natural Enemies: The only known predators of adult great whites are:

* Larger Great Whites: Occasionally, larger individuals may prey on smaller great whites.

* Orcas (Killer Whales): Orcas are the only predator that routinely hunts adult great whites.

While great white sharks have few predators, they do face other threats:

* Humans: Fishing, habitat destruction, and entanglement in fishing gear pose significant risks.

* Disease: Like all animals, great whites can be susceptible to disease.

It's important to remember that the ocean is a complex ecosystem with dynamic relationships. While great whites are at the top, they still face challenges and threats in their environment.
