Do dolphins and sharks have curved bodies?

Both dolphins and sharks have streamlined, elongated bodies.

However, there are some key differences between the two species:

- Dolphins are mammals , they have a more robust body shape and a pronounced snout, while sharks are fish with a more slender, streamlined body and a more pointed snout.

- The body of a dolphin is composed of a highly flexible spine and a thick, muscular tail. The spine of a shark, on the other hand, is made of cartilage, which is more rigid than bone, and the tail is relatively thin.

- Dolphins swim using lateral undulations of their tails, while sharks swim using their entire bodies, including their pectoral and pelvic fins.
