What do Bull Sharks eat?

Bull sharks are voracious predators and have one of the most varied diets of all sharks. They are opportunistic feeders, meaning they will eat almost anything that comes their way.

Some of the things bull sharks have been known to eat include:

- Fish: Bull sharks eat a wide variety of fish, including bony fish such as ladyfish, mullet, jacks, and snappers, as well as cartilaginous fish such as rays, skates, and small sharks.

- Marine mammals: Bull sharks have been known to prey on dolphins, porpoises, seals, and sea lions.

- Sea turtles: Bull sharks are one of the few sharks known to regularly prey on sea turtles. They typically target green turtles, loggerheads, and hawksbills.

- Birds: Bull sharks have been known to eat seabirds such as gulls, terns, and pelicans that land on the water or swim near the surface.

- Crustaceans: Bull sharks will eat crabs, shrimp, and lobsters if they encounter them.

- Mollusks: Bull sharks will eat squid, octopuses, and cuttlefish if they come across them.

- Carrion: Bull sharks are not afraid to feed on dead or dying animals, including other sharks.
