As a Nutritional Supplement
Put three to four drops in a cup of water and drink the water.
Place the drops under your tongue for better absorption of the phytoplankton into your system.
Take the drops two or more times per day 20 minutes before a meal or on an empty stomach.
How to Use Phytoplankton at Home
Some companies market marine phytoplankton--microscopic plant organisms--as a "super-nutrient" supplement that people can take on a daily basis to build up residual energy in the body. The supplement comes in liquid form and you generally only need to take a few drops per day. However, you should take caution when using it, as most supplements aren't heavily regulated and so their health benefits or dangers are largely unknown or unproven.
