Easy Salmon Patties

Ingredients:
* 1 (14.75 ounce) can salmon, drained
* 1/2 cup bread crumbs
* 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
* 1 egg, beaten
* 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
* 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
* 1/2 teaspoon salt
* 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. In a medium bowl, flake the salmon with a fork.
3. Add bread crumbs, onion, egg, mayonnaise, mustard, salt, and pepper to the salmon. Mix well.
4. Shape the mixture into 4 patties.
5. Place the patties on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
6. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
