Things You'll Need
- Hot water
- Bleach
- Pan or bucket
- Towel
Instructions
Rinse the forceps under a stream of hot water to wash off any debris.
Select a pan or bucket large enough for the forceps to be fully immersed in.
Add a mixture of 2.5 tablespoons of bleach per gallon of hot water to the container. Fill the container deep enough so that the forceps will be covered.
Soak the forceps for at least 10 minutes to kill any germs or parasites.
Rinse the forceps in fresh water and dry them with a towel.
