* 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
* 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
* 1/4 cup chopped red onion
* 1/4 cup mayonnaise
* 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
* 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
* Salt and pepper to taste
* 4 hamburger buns
* Your favorite burger toppings, such as lettuce, tomato, onion, cheese, and pickles
Instructions
1. Preheat a grill or grill pan to medium heat.
2. In a large bowl, combine the salmon, breadcrumbs, parsley, red onion, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
3. Form the mixture into 4 patties, each about 1/2-inch thick.
4. Grill the burgers for 3-4 minutes per side, or until cooked through and browned.
5. Place the burgers on the buns and add your favorite toppings. Enjoy!
