1. Herb Baked Salmon:
- Preheat oven to 400°F (204°C).
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels.
- Season the salmon with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and any other desired herbs.
- Drizzle with olive oil.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until cooked through.
2. Pan-Seared Salmon with Lemon Butter Sauce:
- Heat a nonstick skillet over medium heat.
- Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper.
- Add a little oil to the skillet and place the salmon fillets skin-side down.
- Cook for 3-4 minutes or until the skin is crispy.
- Flip the salmon fillets and cook for another 3-4 minutes or until cooked through.
