Can shallow water lobsters survive deep water?

Shallow water lobsters cannot survive deep water because their bodies are not adapted to withstand the high pressure that exists in the depths of the ocean. They also rely on sunlight for photosynthesis, which is unavailable in deep water.

Deep-water lobsters, on the other hand, typically have robust, thick-shelled exoskeletons, reduced eyes (or no eyes at all), long antennae, and other specialised adaptations to endure the harsh conditions found in deep sea environments.
