Where are swordfish located?

Swordfish inhabit deep offshore tropical and temperate oceans. Specifically, they tend to be found in the Atlantic Ocean, Pacific Ocean, and Indian Ocean. These regions are characterized by warmer waters and rich prey populations. Swordfish are highly migratory fish, covering vast distances in search of abundant food sources and suitable water temperatures. Within these oceans, they may venture into continental shelf waters during warm seasons and retreat into deeper waters during colder months.
