Where is the fins on a great white shark?

Great white sharks have two main types of fins:

* Dorsal fins: There are two dorsal fins. The first, much larger dorsal fin, is located on the shark's back and is triangular shaped. The second, smaller dorsal fin, is located closer to the tail.

* Other fins: They also have two pectoral fins on the sides of their body, two pelvic fins on the underside, and a large tail fin (caudal fin).

So, to be specific, the fins of a great white shark are located:

* Dorsal fins: On the top of the body, the first one is close to the head and the second one is close to the tail.

* Pectoral fins: On the sides of the body, just behind the gills.

* Pelvic fins: On the underside of the body, closer to the tail.

* Caudal fin: At the very end of the body, extending horizontally.
