What color is a hammer shark?
Hammerhead sharks are typically gray, olive green, or brown, but some species may have different color variations. For example, the scalloped hammerhead shark has orange or yellow tips on its fins, while the great hammerhead shark has white tips. Regardless of their color, all hammerhead sharks have the characteristic flattened heads with projections called "cephalofoils" that extend from the sides of their heads. These cephalofoils are thought to help with sensing prey and navigation.
