Why lightning kill all the fish?

Lightning doesn't kill all the fish in a body of water. While it's true that lightning can kill fish, the extent of the damage and the number of fish affected depend on various factors, including the strength of the lightning strike, the depth and conductivity of the water, and the distance of the fish from the strike.
