a) When both the debtor and creditor jointly make an application in writing;
b) If the creditor applies in writing after issuing written notice to the debtor, setting out particulars of the Artha Rin Adlat and time specified and inviting him to appear;
c) If the debtor applies in writing where at least two installments are in arrears, if there is reasonable apprehension that he is likely to fall in arrears by default on one installment which he will be unable to fulfill, or he intends to transfer immovable property in frustration of execution of decree or he refuses without just cause to accept offer or payment;
d) Where any other debt-related relief (including rescheduling debt payment) is sought by any such persons.
