1. Pour 1 gram (1 teaspoon) of sucralfate powder into a clean, dry glass.
2. Add 10 mL (2 teaspoons) of water to the glass.
3. Stir the mixture until it forms a smooth, creamy slurry. If needed, add a little more water until the desired consistency is reached.
4. Drink the slurry immediately. Do not let it sit for more than 5 minutes, as it will start to thicken and become difficult to drink.
