What is a Loctus?

A Locutus is a fictional character from the Star Trek universe. He is the Borg collective's representative and was introduced in the second season of Star Trek: The Next Generation. Locutus is a human who was assimilated into the Borg collective and serves as their spokesperson and negotiator. He possesses superhuman strength, the ability to absorb energy and weapons fire, and a powerful mental link with the Borg collective. Locutus also communicates through a series of binary numbers, which are understood only by the Borg.
