Where do quokas live?

Quokkas are small, wallaby-like macropod marsupials that are native to Australia. They are found only on Rottnest Island, a small island off the coast of Western Australia. Quokkas are known for their friendly nature and are often seen hopping around the island, even coming close to humans. The island has a population of around 10,000 quokkas, which makes it one of the densest populations of these animals anywhere in the world.
