Instructions
Add liquid aquarium chlorine remover to a 2-gallon jug of water.
Open a bag of coconut fiber bedding and place the new bedding into a clean plastic container. Add sufficient dechlorinated water to dampen it. Coconut bedding is available from most pet dealers.
Place a clan plastic container, complete with lid, next to the vivarium. Ensure that either the container or the lid contains small ventilation holes.
Remove the lid from the container and place a handful of bedding from the vivarium into the container.
Use both hands to gently scoop up the frog and place it into the plastic container. Replace the lid and ensure that it fits tightly.
Place an old towel on the table next to the vivarium. Place a large plastic container on the towel.
Remove the water bowel from the vivarium. Place the old bedding and all decor items, such as bark, rocks and plants into the large plastic container.
Throw out the old water and clean the water bowel, using a disinfectant designed for reptiles.
Rinse the rocks under running tap water and use an old toothbrush to remove any algae.
Wet a clean cloth with disinfectant solution and wipe down the vivarium. Rinse out the vivarium with warm water and use a cloth to dry it.
Replace the water dish and fill it with dechlorinated water. Pack the fresh coconut fiber bedding abound the dish. Cover the remaining floor area with bedding and return the rocks, bark and plants in their pots.
Return the frog to its vivarium.
