Method 1: Overhead Throw
1. Hold the shoe: Grab one shoe with the right hand (if you're right-handed) or left hand (if you're left-handed). Hold it with your palm facing downward and your fingers spread out to support the shoe.
2. Bring it back: Pull your hand with the shoe back behind your head, keeping your elbow close to your body.
3. Swing and throw: Swing your arm forward and release the shoe by opening your hand. This will propel the shoe forward in an overhead trajectory.
Method 2: Underhand Throw
1. Hold the shoe: Hold the shoe with your dominant hand, with the heel resting against your palm and your fingers slightly spread out for stability.
2. Bring it back: Step back with your non-dominant foot and swing your arm with the shoe back behind your body, keeping your elbow bent.
3. Step and throw: As you step forward with your non-dominant foot, swing your arm forward and release the shoe by opening your hand. This will propel the shoe in a low, underhand trajectory.
Method 3: Sidearm Throw
1. Hold the shoe: Hold the shoe in your dominant hand with your fingers spread out on top of the shoe and your thumb on the bottom.
2. Bring it back: Step back with your non-dominant foot and swing your arm with the shoe back to the side of your body, keeping your elbow bent.
3. Step and throw: Step forward with your non-dominant foot and swing your arm forward, releasing the shoe as you let go with your fingers. This will cause the shoe to spin as it flies through the air.
Remember to throw shoes in a safe and controlled manner, without aiming at anyone or causing damage to property.
