What kind of temperature range do sugar gliders like?
Sugar gliders prefer a temperature range between 70 and 80 degrees Fahrenheit (21-27 degrees Celsius). They are sensitive to extreme temperatures and can go into shock if they get too hot or too cold. If the temperature drops below 65 degrees Fahrenheit (18 degrees Celsius), they should be provided with a heat source, such as a heating pad or hot water bottle. If the temperature rises above 85 degrees Fahrenheit (29 degrees Celsius), they should be placed in a cool, shady area and given access to plenty of fresh water.
