2. Search the area immediately around where you last saw your hamster. Look under furniture, in cabinets, and any other places where your hamster could hide.
3. Check the hamster's cage. Make sure the door is closed properly and that there are no holes or gaps that your hamster could have escaped through.
4. Ask any other members of your household if they have seen your hamster. Someone else may have seen or heard your hamster and can help you find it.
5. Search your home thoroughly, and check for any open doors or windows. Hamsters can easily squeeze through small spaces, so be sure to check every nook and cranny.
6. Check inside appliances. Hamsters have been known to climb inside appliances, such as the dishwasher, refrigerator, or oven.
7. Check inside any boxes, bags, or other containers. Hamsters are curious and will sometimes explore inside containers.
8. Ask neighbors or anyone else who may have access to your home if they have seen your hamster. It is possible that your hamster has escaped and gone outside, so be sure to ask anyone who may have been in your home to keep an eye out.
9. If you still can't find your hamster after searching thoroughly, you can try setting out traps. There are several different types of traps that you can use, such as live traps or snap traps. Be sure to place the traps in areas where you think your hamster might be hiding.
10. Contact your local animal shelter or rescue organization. They may have information about lost hamsters and may be able to help you find yours.
