* Start slow and gradually increase the amount of time your hamster spends in the ball. Begin by placing your hamster in the ball for a few minutes at a time, then gradually increase the length of time as they get used to it.
* Make sure the ball is the right size for your hamster. The ball should be large enough for your hamster to comfortably move around, but not so large that they can't easily control it.
* Lubricate the inside of the ball with a small amount of pet-safe lubricant. This will help your hamster move around more easily and prevent them from getting stuck.
* Place your hamster in the ball in a quiet, safe area. This will help them feel more secure and less likely to try to escape.
* Don't force your hamster into the ball. If they're not interested, don't force them. Just try again another time.
* Be patient and consistent. It may take some time for your hamster to warm up to the exercise ball, but with a little patience and encouragement, they'll soon be running and exploring to their heart's content.
